Ellen&Johan was one of my first booked couples when I moved my business to Norway. We met in Oslo back in 2019 and had a fun engagement session in the city. She is much like me - a realy bubbly, artistic, and super sweet girl from the city. He - a tall & shy Swedish guy, that loves her more than anything.
We talked about wedding plans several times before the actual day. I feel this is why the images came out as beautiful. She trusted in me and I in her. Note this is part 1 of their wedding. They are hoping to have a much bigger party in the spring with hopefully all of the family involved, including the Swedish family that wasn't able to participate.
We started in her family home in Larvik, where her talented sister helped with makeup. They all giggled, and laughed, and listened to a perfect wedding day playlist while I silently captured all of the in-between moments.

Ceremony in a medieval stone church - Hedrum Kirke.

After ceremony we continued with some shampane & portraits in an old forest with Viking history - Bøkeskogen.

They really wanted two different looks for their portraits, so they found a beautiful location in Larvik Tollerodden.
